The Wedding (Friday night)

The evening started off rather dicey as we watched from a distance, our rental bus drive away leaving the group of 16 scrambling to fill taxi's and have the drivers understand where we neede to be and by what time. It all turned out well as we arrived at the church by 6:45 pm (service to begin at 7pm). It was a beautiful ceremony conducted mainly in Spanish, but with enough English to understand. Both families sign as witnesses (parents and siblings). They had a 35'person strong choir sitting in the balcony at the back of the church that sang beautifully (it is hard to describe how well they sounded). The entire service including communion was about 90 minutes. We then boarded a bus (the one that left us hailing cabs) and took the 45 minute trip out of the city to Castillo de Viñuelas.
