I normally swim at Saanich Commonwealth Pool during lunch time. Today I thought, why not go to the beach? As opposed to swimming laps, I just floated on my back paddled around and soaked up the nice weather for an hour. I may do this again.

Isn't a lake so-o-o much nicer than a pool? But I find it's harder to actually get your swimming in. Can't believe the temperatures out there!!
