Wow! The weather out there looks so unusual for BC. What's it like around your house and immediate community?
Our house flooded Jan 07 (check it out on the blog) We cleaned out the perimeter drainage and diverted all the downspouts to their own collection system. The water table is extremely high, so who knows. As of this morning, we are still dry.
