The Individual women and relay start - I made a tactical error but still finished 1.9 km in 41:15

We were wondering when he would show up......2 flat tires - 87 km in 3:38
Quick in the transisiton zone

Chris had a personal best doing the 20 km in 1:34.
We finished in 5 hours 56 minutes including transition time.
