Not too sure where this came from as there is no rain going on.  Still, beautiful to see, a nice reminder of who is in control and His promises.

Foggy day

It was pretty foggy for most of the day. Temperatures are still above normal and will continue into the week.

I spoke with my Dad today in Barrie ON where they have had over 2 feet of snow so far this fall.

Big job!

Some friends were taking this out of their garden and were looking for a good home for it. We willingly obliged. Trista and Clayton lent a hand as this thing was HEAVY.

Pulled out a much smaller Viburnum to make room.

Ski Season is open at Whistler

You may get the idea we ski all of the time. Not so (although it would be nice). At current prices, it is only a few times a season.

First frosty morning

I trust this is just the start, but no complaints, it has been quite mild this fall and we are back into double digits for this coming weekend.

Short lived Sunday ride

Rueb and I got about a kilometer from our home and my rear tire blew. We will try again next Sunday. It has been a lovely weekend with temperatures in the low teens on Saturday and pushing 10 degrees today with sunshine. The evenings have been cool dropping to about 2 degrees overnight.
